The Registered Manager at West View is Mr Stanley Hughes (Manager’s Award Social Care, SVQ Level 4, Health and Social Care, HNC Social Care).
There are two senior care staff trained to SVQ Level 3 and 11 care staff, four of whom are trained to SVQ Level 2 and two further staff enrolled to train to SVQ Level 2.
The Registered Manager and his wife, supported by one senior carer, run the care home on a day-to-day basis.
Due to the size and nature of the business, cooking and domestic duties are shared by the care staff.
All staff involved in cooking and food handling have been trained to the level required by the Local Authority Environmental Health Department.
